All Atelier Despré items can be personalised. Would you like to add a first name, a date, initials or any other text? Request a change of colours or stones? Or create a design that is uniquely yours. We are at your disposal to create models that are as close as possible to your expectations.
There are two ways to do this:

  • simple customisation of an existing model (first name, dimensions etc) >> go to the product page and fill in the fields provided.
  • creation of a new model >> fill in the online form with as much detail as possible about your needs. We will contact you if necessary to make sure we understand your request and will create the model that will be as close as possible to your dream model!

Atelier Despré creations are handmade. The embroidery is done on demand in our Parisian workshop, the flowers and stones are selected and arranged with care and attention to detail. Therefore, we expect a delay of up to 4 weeks depending on the time of year (excluding delivery times by the carrier and excluding annual holidays). Of course, we do our utmost to ensure that your creations are ready before this date. You will be notified as soon as your package is shipped.

If your order is for an item "in the catalogue", i.e. as presented on our visuals and without any personalisation, you have a legal retraction period of 14 days to cancel your order after receiving it. The cancellation request must be sent exclusively by e-mail to hello@atelierdespre.com or via the contact form on the site. We will then inform you of the procedure to follow to do this.
NB: Cancellation requests sent by private messages on social networks will not be taken into account.

However, please note that personalised items or items made to your specifications are not affected by this provision. Any order, once it has been personalised, is therefore, in accordance with the articles mentioned in article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, definitively acquired and cannot be returned.

This does not apply to defects of conformity, faults or latent defects as detailed in our GTCs/GTUs.
If you have a complaint, please contact Atelier Despré as soon as possible by e-mail at hello@atelierdespre.com or via the contact form on the Website, stating as clearly as possible the subject of your request (if necessary by attaching photos or any other evidence relevant to the proper understanding of the problem). We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Atelier Despré uses dried and stabilised flowers and plants as well as natural stones. To ensure their longevity, we recommend that you handle our products with care and delicacy. To preserve their colour and appearance, avoid direct exposure to sunlight, air conditioning or humidity. And remember to keep them in environments of at least 10°C and away from sudden temperature fluctuations.

If necessary, we recommend gentle dusting with a hairdryer on cold and soft position from time to time.
